Tea Tree oil is one of the most useful of all essential oils! The antiseptic, germicidal, antifungal, antibacterial immune-boosting Tea tree oil has many uses for housekeeping. One thing it does is kill mold and mildew! Put 2 teaspoons of 100% Australian tea tree oil in a spray bottle with 2 cups of water. Spray the mixture on something musty. Let the smell dissipate (it will take a few days). The smell of mold and must will be gone!

CAUTION! You can’t clean marble or granite with just any ol’ cleaner. It could ruin them! :-/
But not to worry, Totally Tidy is here to the rescue of your counters….and pocket book!
Buy a new squirt bottle (that had never had previous chemicals used in it) and add the following:
2 cups water (add 1st to avoid suds)
1/4 cup rubbing alcohol
3 drops of dish detergent
Spray, wipe, and dry! Shiny and clean!

Change your A/C air filters at least once a month. Pleated air filters catch more dust particles, & some are electrostatically charged to attract pollen & other allergens. *Make sure the filter is ranked for the blower capacity of your system. Also, use the A/C to reduce humidity; dust mites love a moist environment.

Your shower caddy is a magnet for soap scum, & impossible to clean in between all those wires! Toss it in the dishwasher (add in 1/4 cup of vinegar) & watch those soap-scum stalactites disappear!

Remove refrigerator odors with vanilla. Place soaked cotton ball in a saucer and place it into the refrigerator.
Or freshen a refrigerator with unused coffee grounds, cup of vinegar, or an open box of baking soda!

Daily Natural Cleaning Tip: Food particles get trapped in garbage disposal & drains, providing the perfect place 4 mold, bacteria, unhealthy spores, & unpleasant odors. Pour 1/2 cp baking soda down drain. Then pour 1 cp white vinegar down drain. Place drain stopper in to close off drains. *Mixture will fizz & make bit of noise. Allow this 2 work its magic for few minutes. Boil water in full pot, then pour down drain.
